These terms govern access and use of the website www.lockersstop.com, as well as the contracting of services offered: the temporary rental of automatic lockers for luggage storage, available 24/7 at Calle Antonio Galdó Chapulí 10, Alicante.

2. Access and Use of the Service

Users must complete their reservation and payment exclusively through the website www.lockersstop.com, using a secure virtual POS payment gateway. During the process, they must provide a valid email address, which will be used to send the access code. Once payment is confirmed, users will receive a unique PIN code by email that will allow them to:
• Access the premises where the lockers are located
• Open the assigned locker during the reserved period
This PIN is personal, non-transferable, and valid only during the reserved time.

3. Locker Prices and Types

Prices include VAT and are for 24-hour use:
- M (medium): €7.95
- L (large): €9.95
- XL (extra large): €14.95

Using lockers beyond the reserved time may incur additional charges.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

Customers may cancel or modify their reservation only if payment has not yet been made. Once payment is completed, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted. In case of technical issues or system errors, customers may contact our support team.

5. User Obligations

It is strictly prohibited to store items banned by Spanish law: explosives, flammable substances, weapons, illegal substances, stolen goods, or animals. Users are responsible for the contents stored and for the secure use of their access code. Granting access to third parties or using the service for purposes other than temporary luggage storage is not allowed.

6. Provider Responsibilities

Lockers Stop is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the stored items. We recommend not storing high-value items. In case of technical failure, our support team will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. The service may be temporarily suspended due to force majeure or technical maintenance.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
